BEGINNERS TRAINING DAY – Saturday 9th April 2011

From the A40 at Gloucester take the A417 Gloucester to Ledbury road, signed Hartpury and Maisemore. On entering Maisemore look for a right turn to the Church. Follow Cotswold & Wyevern signs from here.

NOVICE & OPEN WORKING TESTS – Sunday 26th June 2011
New Farm, Norton, nr Evesham, Worcs

Meet 9am, for a 9.30am start. Open not before 1.30pm
 
Directions-
(Postcode for Sat Nav WR11 4TN)
Either way off the A46 at the large ‘Evesham Country Park’ roundabout, take the turning off for Harvington/Norton. Carry on for approx 50 yds to next roundabout and take turning for Harvington/Norton on the B4088.
(Or if travelling East on the A44, take the turning for Harvington/Norton on the B4088. )
Carry on for a few miles through the village until you reach a roundabout with a pub on the left hand side. Turn right here signposted Bidford.
Drive steady or you will miss the turning. After about 100 yds, after the roundabout, you will see a sign on the left hand side for fishing and on the right for Norton Farm. Turn right here, go up the lane, over the bridge to the T-Junction. Turn left, carry on to the metal gates, then immediately in front of them you will see a track to the right. Follow this on down to the car park.
Club signs will be out from the pub.

PUPPY, NOVICE DOG/NOVICE HANDLER & INTERMEDIATE – Saturday 9th July 2011

Meet 9am, for a 9.30 start. Intermediate not before 1.30pm

(Nearest Postcode for Sat Nav HR8 2SG)
Travelling west out of Ledbury on the A438 to Hereford: approx 2 miles after Ledbury look out for the Verzon Hotel on the right hand side, approx ½ mile after the hotel turn right, signposted Munsley. Proceed 100yds down the lane before turning left before the house. Follow this track for approx ½ mile until you come to a red brick bridge and the sign for parking. Do not drive over the bridge.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR DOG ON LEAD unless participating in a test. Thankyou.
 
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
 
Qualifications.
Open - Open to all
Intermediate - Any dog or bitch NOT having won a 1st in an Open, Intermediate or All-Aged working test, or any Field Trial award including CoM.
Novice - Any dog or bitch NOT having won a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in any Open Test, 1st in any Novice or Intermediate Test, or any Field Trial award including CoM. Puppy Tests excluded.
Puppy - Confined to any dog or bitch NOT older than 18 months on the day of the Test. (i.e. born on or after 10/01/2010)
Novice Dog/Novice Handler – Neither dog nor handler to have won a 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th in an Open working test, or a 1st in any test, or any award at a Field Trial (including Certificate of Merit.)
 
Closing Date - Saturday 1 week prior to the Test for all events. Results of the draw will not be sent out.
 
Entry fees.
Training Day - £10 members / £15 non-members.
Tests - £6 members / £8 non-members.
